Candy Cruz is a volunteer with Dept of Peace & Nonviolence Campaign and the Portland City Council just passed a resolution to endorse the House Bill HR 808 which would create a national level Department of Peace and Nonviolence. She is excited on this new resolution and we will discussing what this means for the PDX peace movement and the city of Portland. Come listen in on the discussion!
