Public File

The FCC requires each station to maintain a public file as proof of public service performance. The file may be view by anyone, upon request, during normal business hours at KBPS. The FCC will usually review the public file during an inspection of the station. Specific items that KPSU must include and forward to KBPS are:

• Program logs of the two preceding years.
• Weekend transmitter logs.
