Due to changes in our system any album that is not clearly marked with FCC advisory will not be reviewed or added to the catalog. If there are songs that break the FCC's regulations of obscenity, indecency or profanity, they must be labeled so that KPSU can comply with FCC guidelines. If you are unclear on the FCC's regulations please refer to http://www.fcc.gov/guides/obscenity-indecency-and-profanity. Please clearly label which tracks contain obscenities using the track number of offending songs i.e. FCC Advisory: Tracks 1,3,5. If the album is "FCC Clean" meaning there is no track on the album with profanity or obscenities please label it as such. Make this as clear as possible.
