Jadu Heart – Wanderflower EP

What’s up with it!
This week I’m bringing you some tunes I’ve been bumping since the early summer. “Wanderflower” by Jadu Heart is one of the most unique EP’s I’ve heard in a while. Definitely also the most vibey tape I’ve heard all year. It’s one of those albums that I can’t really justify listening to only one track. It’s so short that I really just want to listen to the whole thing. The moods this tape captures are some of the most warm and cozy tones I’ve ever heard. The percussion is super minimal and the synths blend together super well to make a wall of sound that sweeps me into the music. On top of that, the singers, Dina and Farro, are incredible. Their voices are so soothing and float on top of the beats and production. This record definitely highlights itself as one of my favorites of the year, if not all time. I can always come back to it and transform my mood to extremely positive. That’s what I love most about this duo, their ability to move me so much, it takes a really special album to do that. If you’re interested in more Jadu Heart, look them up on soundcloud. They even have a story to accompany Wanderflower on their website.
I’ll be playing Jadu Heart’s newest record as well. Similar vibes but just as original as the first record. Then after that maybe switch it up to some more intense rainstorm vibes with 2 8 1 4 – Rain Temple.
