Victoria Boutenko lives in Ashland, Oregon. She is the award-winning author of Green For Life, Raw Family, 12 Steps to Raw Food. She teaches classes on raw food all over the world. As a result of her teachings, many raw food communities have formed in numerous countries. She will be holding a class on how to prepare raw food at Camp Adams on September 9th at noon.
