What a surreal experience. Podington Bear has decided to turn his set into an all-star karaoke session with tracks he produced especially for each song. Nick Jaina sang R.E.M.'s Everybody Hurts. Somebody from Graves whose name I didn't catch sang a song I didn't recognize, and now Podington Bear is asking for participants from the audience to join the fun. Nobody's biting, yet.

Oh, here comes Rocket Man! Does anybody ever choose to listen to such a song? No. But you know it, right? I think that's the key to fun karaoke: embracing songs that you've heard a thousand times before but would never choose to listen to. Here comes Tainted Love.
