KPSU reports from SXSW

SXSW, Austin, TX

Downtown Austin is currently a cacophony of every single type of music you could imagine. Walking down 6th street or Red River, our ears are met with hip-hop beats overlapping rock drums, pushed up against brass horns, and given a large dose of metal guitar for good measure. And as the music spills out the doorways and into the streets, so too does the hordes of rock'n'rollers, many stumbling from either drunkenness or heat exhaustion, or maybe both. And the end of this night, the gutters are certain to once again be awash with vomit and discarded promotional material.

Tonight at 11
The Rainy States on KPSU

Set the dial to AM 1450, 98.3 FM, or tune in online, grab a beverage, and let their soothing melodies cool you down.

The Irregular Frequencies video archives

There's a lot going on at Irregular Frequencies Headquarters, the central office which serves everybody's favorite Tuesday night at 11 PM radio show. First is the issue of sights to match the sound. Given my unwillingness to fact check this statement, I can confidently say that this is the first time in history that anybody has been able to SEE a radio show.
